Tiny Homes // Frieda Premo

the-invisible-dog-tiny-homes-frieda-premo.png

Every day we throw away a lot of trash. All that trash gets dumped into animal’s habitats and destroys them. So Frieda Premo is taking some of that trash and turning it back into habitats for animals. She has made two miniatures and three life-sized environments: the miniatures are a cat home and a monkey home; the life-sized are an ant hill, a chipmunk habitat and a birdhouse. She hopes people see that we are harming animals and hopefully they will start recycling, reusing and reducing waste.

Frieda Clare Premo was born August 24th, 2007.  She goes to a school called PS107. Frieda is interested in being a scientist but often likes to make art projects in her dad’s studio. Frieda lives in Brooklyn, New York with her parents and sister Elenore.
