Welcome back to SAM!
Starting August 24, 2020, la Salle A Manger moves into the Garden of the Invisible Dog.
The garden of the Invisible Dog is about 2,000 square feet, with trees, plants, flowers, a little fountain. A secret oasis in the center of Brooklyn.
With this outdoor space to guarantee your safety, Lucien Chef Ambition offers luncheons or dinners on socially-distanced tables around the garden, with the same quality and creativity as usual.
A maximum of 6 guests, 3 tables of 2, will be spread out around the garden to insure the highest level of safety and social distancing. You can’t find anything more exclusive.
The dinnerwares will be sanitized before each event. The chef and waiter will wear masks.
Each menu is made with ingredients locally sourced and organic. Prior to the date, you will exchange information with the chef about the menu, including questions about your diet, intolerance or allergies.
SAM is not a restaurant, it’s like home, you are a special guest and what you pay goes directly to supporting the artistic program of The Invisible Dog Art Center.

Alcohol or liquor are not available, but you can bring your own bottle.

Masks that cover your nose and mouth are a must. This is for your health as well as ours. Smile with your eyes.

It should be easy, we’ve limited building capacity.
Keep your hands clean.
We provide hand sanitizer and soap to wash your hands.
