The Invisible Dog is proud and thrilled to announce a collaboration with director Mohamed El Khatib and Collection Lambert in Avignon (France)
What if nursing homes were places of boundless life—living museums where beauty and the unexpected held pride of place? That’s the bold vision embraced by Mohamed El Khatib and the Collection Lambert, who are creating an art center within a nursing home in Avignon.
In this home, artists, residents, and caregivers work together to reveal the poetry of everyday life. La Maison Paisible engages in the quiet work of fireflies. It doesn’t impose art to illuminate the people who live there—rather, it weaves connections between artists and residents to let the light shine through every floor, because it’s already there.
Here, art will be a joyful compass for our sometimes disoriented lives.
On this occasion, Chef Lucien will prepare a festive lunch for the 200 residents, drawing generously from traditional provençal cuisine.
La Maison Paisible will be open to the public from 2 to 4pm
