Meringue in Bloom, Laziness in Motion / Chef Lucien / Thierry Thieû Niang

  • Le Moulin Jaune 1 Sente du Moulin Nicole Cressy la Chapelle France (map)

The Invisible Dog is proud and thrilled to announce a collaboration at Le Moulin Jaune with choreographer Thierry Thieû Niang.

At Le Moulin Jaune, where imagination takes root and flourishes, summer stretches out in soft white layers — like cream upon meringue.

Clown Slava Polunin, the artist-dreamer who built this garden of marvels, and the creator of the mesmerizing Slava Snow Show, greets you into a world where time loosens its grip. Beneath trees in bloom and clouds that seem to pause, dance and delight intertwine.

Invited by Le Moulin Jaune, Chef Lucien Zayan will offer a moment of edible poetry: each guest is invited to compose their own Pavlova — a tribute to the ballerina Anna Pavlova, where meringue meets cream in a choreography of sweetness.

Not too far, choreographer Thierry Thieû Niang, also a guest of the garden, will lead poetic explorations of movement — delicate, unexpected, and shared. His dance invites the body to move with ease, as if stirred by a breeze, embracing the delicious laziness of a summer afternoon. It stirs the soul like sugar dissolving in sun-warmed cream.

Anna Pavlova’s spirit lingers — in every fluttering skirt, in every barefoot step through the grass. Two days to surrender to softness, to slowness, to wonder.

Let the body sway, let the hands create, let the spirit taste the joy of simply being. Come taste the art of doing nothing — beautifully.
